Our Staff
Heidi is so thrilled to be All Aboard’s Executive Director. She has led non-profit arts organizations for over 20 years. A few examples include: Seattle’s The Mae West Fest, the Female Protagonist Project, Theatre Babylon, Everett’s Artspace Everett Lofts, and The Dance School.
She has coordinated and directed All Aboard’s Talent Shows for the past few years.
Heidi and her husband Liam adopt older dogs, striving to provide them with the best years of their lives.

Hiya, I’m Le’Tia — but you can call me Tia. I moved to Stanwood, Washington from Williamsburg, Virginia when I was five, and I’ve been rooted in the PNW ever since.
I’m passionate about helping others and being a voice for people who may not always feel seen or heard. I love to travel and have a goal of visiting all 50 states — I’m currently at 10 and counting. Fun fact: I can name all 50 states in alphabetical order!
I enjoy sports in every form, whether I’m watching or jumping in to play. Creativity is a big part of who I am — I love writing, whether it’s music or storytelling. Singing is also close to my heart and something I truly enjoy.
I’m happily engaged, and my fiancé and I share a puppy named Pilchuck.

Wendy brings her creativity and love of art to our program. “I enjoy challenging our participants to challenge themselves.”
Wendy enjoys crafting, upcycling materials for art projects, and renovating her turn of the century home. She also adores spending time with her family and pets.

Forest would surprise you with his knowledge on musical culture! He likes riding his hand bike on nice days, listening to music and playing his bass guitar. He also loves to pop wheelies in his chair.
He loves the interaction with the participants. He appreciates their good heart and joy for life.

Eddie is one of the original five participants at All Aboard. He loves coming to All Aboard. Eddie runs Karaoke and DJ’s for our monthly dance. Eddie loves helping at All Aboard, and he is very happy to now be staff.

Hi, my name is Izabelle, but I go by Izzy. I’m 23, and my birthday is in August. I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. After high school, I moved to the South for a while but eventually came back to be closer to family.
I’m a proud mom to my little girl. I’m outgoing, enthusiastic, and always looking for new opportunities and experiences. I love what I do and am passionate about making a difference. As a caregiver, I believe everyone deserves to feel included, supported, and advocated for, and I’ll always do what I can to help make that happen.

Darlene grew up wanting to serve others to help make the world a better place. Currently, she has volunteered at All Aboard for 7 years, is a 7-year Peer Counselor at Homage, facilitates prison ministry and has been VP and Board Member for the Busy Bees Quilt Guild for 12 years.
Previously, Darlene worked as a Special Education Teacher, was a City University Graduate Level Instructor, a Girl Scout Unit Service Manager and Girl Scout Leader Trainer in New Hampshire and Vermont.

Deb graduated from WWU and Fairhaven College with a degree in Music Therapy; Healing Through Sound in 2007. For Bellingham Parks and Rec. she designed a music group for adults and teens with developmental delays, as well as working privately in the community. She worked as a paraeducator in the Special Education Dept. with the Bellingham School District for eleven years – running various small groups with children with learning and/or behavior disorders. She then became a CBT (Certified Behavior Tech), working in various school districts including Everett and Mukilteo.
